Whether you're working on an audiobook, a corporate film, an e-learning project or something in-between, putting a few simple foundations in place beforehand will allow you to narrate more intuitively and connect more deeply with your listener. We'll also be talking about common narration issues like mindset, focus, self-monitoring and mental clutter and how to resolve them. Dian Perry is an an extraordinarily versatile voice talent. As a voice actor for nearly 22 years and a voiceover coach for 14, Dian has learned much about narration and how to teach it to others. She brings a fresh approach to the genre, delving deeper into how the mind, body and voice must work together to generate intuitive and connected reads. THE WORKSHOP BREAKDOWN
In this workshop Dian will be working 121 with 10 voice actors. You will be given scripts before hand to prepare and then Dian will work with each person on their reads. This is an incredible opportunity!
There are 2 options - the first is to book a spot as a reader, there are only 10 of these available! The second is to be a watcher, this is where you don't do any reading but you get to sit in and watch how Dian works with each actor and directs them.
