The level of acting that is now expected from video game voice acting is incredibly high. It is now more like movie acting than ever before. Here at The VoiceOver Network we work hard to provide some of the best voice acting workshops in the world. This is a very special one and we bring you an online voice acting for video games workshop with the incredible BAFTA award winning director and casting director Adele Cutting.

During this 3 hour online workshop Adele will work with attendees on creating and delivering their best performances in video games. You will work from scripts provided beforehand and you’ll get direct feedback on the day. She will focus on emotions of characters, who they are, how to get this across in a personal and believable way, plus we will also briefly discuss do's and don'ts when auditioning through a casting directors eye.

BAFTA AWARD WINNING 

Adele Cutting is a BAFTA award-winning audio professional with 20+ years experience in audio direction, designing sound, music editing, casting and directing actors and covering all things audio across games, TV, installations, mobile and VR. Adele is the founder of audio production company, Soundcuts Ltd., before Soundcuts, Adele spent 15 years at EA, working her way up the ranks from Junior Sound Designer to Senior Audio Director, working on blockbuster titles such the Harry Potter franchise (on which she wore both Audio and Voice director hats), plus well known cult classics Populous the Beginning and Theme Park World. Recent titles Adele has worked on include Assassin's Creed Odyssey (UK and Athens Voice Direction), The Room Old Sins (Sound Design), Pinky Malinky (Music Editing and co-ordination), Astrologaster (Voice Direction) and Elements - a James Bond cinematic installation in the alps.(Sound Design and Music Editing), Planet Zoo (Casting, Direction, Post Pro). 

In this workshop Adele will be working 121 with 10 voice actors. You will be given scripts before hand to prepare and then Adele will work with each person on their reads. This is an incredible opportunity!

There are 2 options - the first is to book a spot as a reader, there are only 10 of these available! The second is to be a watcher, this is where you don't do any reading but you get to sit in and watch how Adele works with each actor and directs them.
